The TTP wasn't an Indian/Afghan asset since its conception. The two sides became partners during early 2010 when the Afghans courted and hosted TTP militants in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province.
The world is constantly changing and so are alliances. India cultivating the LTTE militants and then having their PM die at the hands of them is a good example.

Though, Our Pashtun brothers from KPK are sufficient to deal with IndiAfg agenda. However, we I think we need to seal Pak-Afghan border on priority and start same border protocols on this border as we use on Pak-India border. This sounds like a cost but it is far less then price we pay in terms of terrorism conducted by these rogue nations.
