These are the Wakhi people of Wakhan corridor which was given by the British to Afghanistan so that the then British empire wouldn't have any direct border with the Russian Tsar empire which extended to the Pamir Tajikstan. These people are NOT "Afghans", their closest relatives are the Wakhi people that all living inside neighboring Pakistan in various areas of Gilgit/Hunza etc. It was shown in the following video that they even drink "salty tea" which is typical habit of people of Gilgit/Hunza and Kashmir valley. But here they have represented as "Afghans" which I find ridiculous, they are anything but afghan.
Wakhan corridor of Pamir bewtween Tajikstan and Pakistan. If one looks at the map, the area should either go to Pakistan or Tajikstan and is certainly not a natural part of afghanistan.
