Afghanistan rejects its soil was used to attack Bacha Khan University

The Afghan government has rejected that the Afghan soil was used by the terrorists to launch attack on Bacha Khan University in Charsadda area of Pakistan.

The Office of the President in a statement said the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has never supported a terrorist group and has never provided sanctuaries for the terror groups.

The statement further added “The recent remarks by Head of the Inter Services Public Relations, Gen. Asim Bajwa, suggesting that the group of terrorists launch attack on Bacha Khan University in Charsadda area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, are baseless.”

Strongly condemning the attack on Bacha Khan University, the Office of the President said fight against terrorism is only possible through joint and sincere cooperation.

The statement also added that the Afghan government understands there is no good or bad terrorists since the terrorists are only pursuing to spread terror, insisting on a joint and bold efforts to combat the menace of the terror in the region.

At least 21 people were killed and around 50 others were wounded after a group of insurgents launched coordinated attack on Bacha Khan University on Wednesday.

The Pakistani military claimed that the attack was coordinated by the terrorist groups using the Afghan soil.

Omar Mansoor, identifying himself from the Geedar group of Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), claimed responsibility for attack.

However, Mohammad Khurasani, the central spokesperson for the TTP distanced his group from the attack.

And who is going to do so? Nawaz........think again. Even tv channels are now criticizing this government, for its pathetic response to all of this. No only that but i was also hearing that PTA said Afghan sims cannot be used inside Pakistan while the tv anchor himself was saying he is on numerous occasions in Wazirstan, Bajur and adjacent areas received afghan signals where he was there. They were all amazed at what kind of game this government is playing.

Obviously they will never accept it. It does not matter to us, wether they accept it or not. We all know the truth. Our personnel need to take this simple thing into their head that PAKISTAN COMES FIRST BEFORE ALL THE INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS OR AFFAIRS. This is the time Pakistan needs to take things seriously.

That only shows how incompetent is the Pakistani forces in dealing with the home grown terrorism inside Pakistan, despite PA's total media blackout on 'ground realities' during zarb-e-arb operation; their public has gone outragous upon this single terror. Afghanistan has nothing to do with any of this there are moles in Pakistan's civilian and military leadership who assist these people on bases of particular joint interests.

Pakistan should help elaminate Afghan taliban within it's soil or make them surrender via peace process. Pakistanis had high hopes of the zarb-e-azb operation; such operations has taken place in Afghanistan like 10s of times which had only temporary effect but not a long term since Taliban are not a conventional force they chose to hide or prefere no fire exchange with any force during any large operation but the next dawn things turns the same when forces leave the areas terming them 'cleaned'.

They cry loud when something happens there even Taliban controls many cities but blame Pakistan after operations in Pakistan no safe heaven left for them definitely attack was planned financed from Afghanistan through consulates and every body know who operating dozens of consulates from Afghanistan even they are not issuing any visa to ordinary Afghan.

Surgical air strikes needed direct on that financed places, mark my words nothing will happen just mourning few media shows and that's all but we will get rid of these terrorism financed centers.

Sometimes I ask this question to myself "Is there something really wrong with our DNA?" What will wake us up...what kind of tragedy will ultimately led us to unite across political and ethnic lines...how much innocent and senseless bloodshed is STILL NEEDED!!!!!!....any other society or qom would have raised mayhem but look at us...for us its another day gone by...we all shed some tears and moved along...waiting and praying for a miracle or a massiha to arrive from no where to rescue us...to give us that guarantee that a common citizen's life will remain safe, that for once the sanctity of human life is maintained like it should be maintained...I am pretty sure many PDF members here have been gone through the same feelings...the shear frustration comes due to the fact that you know what is wrong and who is doing it and still you cannot find a path to follow to solve the issue....

You must know this historical fact that Afghanistan is the last country to accepts Pakistan as a independent state, like India they are very much against existences of our homeland. We should not show any sympathy to bomb financed centers there. since 3 decades we are feeding them, our economy downed because of this mess, our laborers deprived their wages since Afghan taking their jobs and we still facing their hostility. In return what they give us heroine, illegal weapons bad culture of Qoam e lout.

Yeah I agree with you. Most of them have nothing to add and yes it is getting lame. They sidetrack the discussion and some of our zealous bros try to convert them which sometimes is just ....useless. I think there needs to be some way out of this.

We have nukes in worst situation use them on epi centers of terrorism.
