Stupid.

It is in best interest in Afghanistan to sign partnership with Pakistan. Otherwise, it will continue to be left alone and deserted after people are done with it.

China is the largest country in the world and shares its border with us, Iran is the thorn in the backside country for the US...yet you call them small states?

Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar and Maldives for sure.

Relations with Bangladesh have also improved a lot over the years.

Sri Lanka issue is only related to Tamil Nadu. Relations between Sri Lanka and rest of India are just fine.
