yes, we are being taught how to catch fish. better than the the taliban era who were banning our women from going to school and uni. it is a step forwared.

hope thats true, and sooner better than later you would leave UK and come back to your country to play a role in development of your country. Amen !!

I have played my positve role in my country for many years now. dont wana go into details, but i've done alot on persoanl level, and on the other hand and right now i am sending money to my immediate relatives every month, that is itself a contribution to the economy of my lovely but devastated country. As per going back home in this situation, that is not my plan, but hopefuly if things go back to normal, repatriating back to afghanistan is my sole plan.

We used to have those women pilots, women had a visible presence in the army and police that time. but our mujhideen undid some of them and our talibs completely removed it, we have to now start from zero.

Everybody can help his/her country being where he/she is. Why do you fall into his guilt trap that you are not doing enough?

I mean say after 5 years even if US leaves Afghanistan the training the education & the mindset in Afghanis will be mostly US oriented....& therefore all the Helis, planes will be bought not from Russia or Europe but from US I.e Afghanistan added to ever growing list of US arms export

Well, Shomali Etehad(although it is a wrong name anyway) is a political/military alliance of all anti taliban groups, so it is not an ethnic entity. Those who have been interviewed in this video are mostly hazaras as you said. Unfortunitly our pashtoons in afghanistan just like your pakhtuns in tirbal areas are really really strict on women education and sending their women abroad for education is a no go area and i think that might be the reason why there is no a pashtoon lady among them. In afghanistan, the whole country is conservative, but Tajiks(persians of afghanistan) and hazaras are alot more relaxed when it comes to female education or treatment compare to the pashtoons. For example, a hazara province have a female governer and very peaceful province, a tajik province(Historical Herat) having a very brave and successful attorney(she received an award for her achievements recently) again a peaceful province, this is something we cant even think of it in Pashton areas, let alone having a female in a high position.

We are sending our men and women everywhere for training, they are being sent in iran, pakistan, india, america etc. They wont develope american mindset, they are adults and not children. As per weapons, again, we have to have them from somewhere, pakistan is doing the same thing, you are buying everything from everybody including americans--i dont see what the problem is.

some people might say alot about paksitan, but they dont get agetitated if pakistan have an achievment.
