In a Sea Blockade you are blocking access to someone's territorial waters in International Waters e.g. Israel blocking Gaza territorial waters illegally. That is not the same as not allowing transit through one's own territory. Here is a question for you Genius, will India allow Pakistani goods through India to Bangladesh. If India refuses, is that an act of war. Do you see the difference, Genius ?

"Land-locked States shall have the right of access to and from the sea for the purpose of exercising the rights provided for in this Convention including those relating to the freedom of the high seas and the common heritage of mankind.
