I am against american presence in Afghanistan..but this is just wrong...Soldiers are also humans and should be treated as such...A soldier being nice and playing with local kids isnt a threat to anybody. Now and again even soldiers need to take a break..and take care of their emotional...more human side....May be the deceased was a dad and missing his own kids
