Afghan poll hopeful Ghani wants 'special relationship' with Pakistan

Probably zilch. I am just trying to project what Mr Ghani's optimism can yield from our side. Afghanistan is inseparable from Pakistan and we would seek to take our relationship to the highest level if they cooperate.

That is a good starting point, but of course Afghanistan will look not only towards Pakistan but other nations as well to further its interest, as is its sovereign right.

  • Stop allowing India our archenemy to use Afghanistan as INS Ashoka along with its proxy terrorists.
  • Do not pose us a threat from the west so we can keep pointing our daggers towards the east

I don't think they can adhere to those points, as their hate for Pakistan isn't going anywhere soon. Still, as long as they adhere to these 2 points at least, things should be good.

After successful Russian possession of eastern Ukraine, the biggest country of Pashtun folk , Pakistan will declare all Pakhtoon areas of Afghanistan as her parts :yahoo:

@Afghan-India @Sher Malang

Good news , what are his chances and when will the results be official?

Well after the preliminary results, which counted for 10% of the votes:

Dr. Abdullah - 41,9 %

Dr. Ghani 37,6 %

He is number two, but again only 10% has been counted, and many Abdullah areas have been suspected for fraud.

We are confident that Dr. Ghani will win this election.

Remember number is not always enough

  • Stop allowing India our archenemy to use Afghanistan as INS Ashoka along with its proxy terrorists.
  • Make peace with the Pashtuns of Afghanistan and give them their demographic share in the power apparatus both political and military.
  • Scrap strategic agreement with India and sign one with China instead.
  • Allow Pakistani military machine to train Afghan military and arm it steadily
  • Curb heroine production
  • Develop a 20 year plan for repatriation of all refugees from Pakistan, withstanding development in Afghan economy.
  • Do not pose us a threat from the west so we can keep pointing our daggers towards the east
  • We will help Afghanistan economically and militarily, even extend the nuclear umbrella if our relations reach such a level.
  • In the long run, we should have eased out border control, integrated economy, a single currency with two different govts like UAE has. Pakistan and Afghanistan's future WILL BE written on the same page, either by us or our enemies, the choice is for us to decide who gets to write the history, us or those who mean us harm.
  • Pakistan and Afghanistan must understand that our feuds are a 'family matter', it needs to be sorted out that way.

What is this madness?

The sooner you get out of that mentality of dictating Afghanistan about what they should do, the better. They are an independent country and would take their own decisions.

Pakistan and Afghanistan are two brothers, who argue more than discuss.

We in Pakistan need to improve our relations with all our neighbors. The issues between Afghanistan and Pakistan are not too serious.

Afghanistan, as a country, stands to gain a lot from Pakistan - as long as they care for our sensitivities viz. India, Durand Line, and Border Control.

Dr. Ghani zindabad. :pakistan: No afghan flag sadly.
