What do you think, will it be one constitution for all or something like India where some provines/regions(maybe all) have their own laws(sharia) but on state level, secular?
Take a good look at the map and tell me im wrong.India does not have any such arrangement. Constitution of India is applicable to all territories. Personal law including Law relating to marriage, adoption, inheritance etc. are religion specific, not regional.

Yellow; Countries where sharia applies in personal status issues(such as marriage, divorce, inhertance, and child custody)
Its a law, what is secular about such a law?
Ok,lets call it religion based.Your original phrasing is not correct. India's Constitution applies to all. There is no provincial application of Sharia Law unlike Aceh in Indonesia. The Constitution is also secular in character. Article 44 states that The State shall endeavour to secure for citizens a uniform civil code throughout the territory of India. However in practice, Secularism in India simply means equal treatment of all religions. The State does not have any religious character, nor give preference to one religion over another. Also, Personal law is not region-specific, but religion specific.
Ok,lets call it religion based.
So,how is it secular when Muslim in India is at the mercy of some cleric for personal issues?
In my country, this will never happen, all citizens have the same rights. It depends. For example, if a Muslim is married under Special Marriage Act, 1954, he would be subject to that Act. But, yes, the bulk of Muslim personal Law in India is uncodified, and all attempts at codifying the same have been frustrated. Due to Political reasons.

Taliban has one condition for American invaders, leave Afghanistan and we will take care of the rest ourselves...
Why they leaked this..
Afghan dogs don't want peace at any cost. They want billions to be flowing by us.

Sure there is an interest, but at what cost. The troop loss has been manageable, but the 17 years of war fatigue and financial cost. Staying in Afghanistan also requires dealing with Pakistan or Iran or Russia which is not easy. It needs to be seen how much Trump is able to steer the American foreign policy; he sentiment here is why should we spend money? why should we send our troops - even NATO is getting criticized by Trump! You should know the abc of geopolitics, the US's interest is to continue their military presence in Afghanistan and we have convergence of interests there until there is a strong national security apparatus.
Now come on be honest - was it only Turkey in the anti Asad camp? The victory is for Russia and Iran here - GCC and the west camp - that includes your financier and protector US - has lost in removing Asad. Now two factors will help Turkey overcome any geo political challenge, unity and strong professional military. These are two things that Afghans wish to have; in fact if they even had one of these things then the situation would have been a lot better!Sorry to break it to you, but seems your investments on bearded barbarians didnt pay off in Syria as well, seems Asad is here to stay on your flank!! Bet that keeps you awake at night.
This is sad; all parties in Afghanistan are foreign backed in one way. The Govt is foreign backed by US dollars, the ANA is foreign backed by US Army, The Taliban by … etc etc.Invaders? Who gives a rat's *** what a foreign backed proxy think.
