Afghan Army Officer Arrested From Taxila, Pakistan

i am really wondering what Afghan intelligence is doing really they are increasing their own problems with their own hands for their own people, whatever undercover operation they are doing it is slowly resulting to a forceful evacuation of Afghan refugees these Undocumented returnees will not be protected under the mandate of the UN refugee agency, UNHCR. So unlike documented returnees, they will not be provided with any financial help, and once they reach Afghanistan they will not be provided with any shelters or specific camps and are forced to live in general communities which will cause enormous issues which they have't yet calculated.

Due to conflict and fighting, many returnees cannot go back to where they originally belong to. So, for instance, someone from the north of Afghanistan will settle in and around Herat in the western region so it will cause further issues and these refugees are mostly women children and old age people and guess what is waiting for these refugees in
Afghanistan??
