afghan army chief cancels visit to india...india not sending troops

Smart move for India (to not send troops) and its economy. Better to work with the Afghan government after peace talks to get a share of the mining contracts and safeguard their legitimate investments in Afghanistan.

If India had sent troops and they are severely whipped in Afghanistan, it would undermine the perception amongst the people under Indian rule in places like Kashmir.

Not cancelled but postponed due to rising Taliban attacks requiring his constant presence in Afghanistan.
Strategic discussions already held this week between Abdullah Abdullah and Indian foreign minister.

Top Afghan officials scheduled to visit India in late August.

Kabul is full of strategic and tactical idiots. Taliban offer a cease fire, Kabul refuses. Taliban launches an offensive that put Kandahar on the verge of falling....USA had to intervene to prevent disaster. Top Afghan general then goes running to India to intervene and send troops but gets rebuffed   .

By then he will be out of a job. Most probably driving a Taxi in San Francisco.

Mujib also had a firm trust on and belief in India!!! He had thought the Indian Sheyatin were enough for his security and one party absolute rule of terror!!!! He understood the reality when he saw his entire family being wiped out by the ex Mukti members of the BD military, who happened to be ex Pak military too….

India thy name is Lucifer….

Strategic discussions, huh.

So running for the hill must be part of it, as 46 Afghan Soldiers (again) entered Pakistan for safety earlier today.

I assume they won't be packing lite. By late August they'll probably be in a position to seek political asylum in India.

Afghan Army Chief Postpones Visit to India Amid Increased Taliban Offensive
General Wali Mohammad Ahmadzai's three-day India visit was expected to deepen bilateral military ties.

Amid the escalating Taliban onslaught in Afghanistan, Afghan Army Chief General Wali Mohammad Ahmadzai, scheduled to travel to India on Tuesday, postponed his visit, senior Afghan officials said on Monday, 26 July.
"The visit by our Army Chief has been postponed due to the intensity of the war and Taliban's increased assault and offensive," the Afghan embassy official stated, PTI reported.
The General's three-day visit was going to be aimed at deepening bilateral military ties, following the withdrawal of US troops after over 20 years of US' invasion of Afghanistan in 2001.
Further, General Ahmadzai was also scheduled to hold comprehensive talks with highest level of Indian military officials, including his counterpart General MM Naravane and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, PTI reported.
President Ashraf Ghani had appointed General Ahmadzai as the new Chief of Army staff last month.
In the backdrop of increased violence and Taliban seeking dominance in the nation, Afghanistan has been extending a hand towards its key allies, including India, for support to enhance its defence forces.
India and Afghanistan are involved in the Afghan-led peace and reconciliation process and has invested around USD 3 billion in aid and reconstruction activities across the country.

Coward Indians can only use Afghanistan and puppet Kabul regime for using terrorism against Pakistan and that too under the protection of some other power (i.e. first Soviets and then NATO forces). Hindu cowardice is a well established and historic fact. Indians have no balls to send their troops into Afghanistan on their own. They simply have no spine, capability, will, and resources for such a venture. But if coward Modi happens to be stupid enough to indulge in that misadventure, I don't think any Indian soldier will be able to return to India alive. Srilanka was next door to India, Indians had a strong terrorist group, the LTTE, on their side (which was created, trained, supported, and controlled by terrorist Indian agency RA&W), and a weak enemy (in the form of SL military). And yet Indians couldn't get many body-bags before running out of that theater with their wet tails stuck between their legs. Afghanistan is a totally different ballgame. Indians simply have no balls to even get there without American protection.

He may be changed or some broad changes in andsf ranks
