So what? we don't want to buy 10 or 15 F-35, at-least 40 to 50 jets add 150 million $ for jet than add servicing and maintenance cost and than add weapon package cost, its can easily shoot 200 million $ per jet so can calculate total cost of 40 to 50 jets its total cost some where in between 15 to 20 billion $
The only AirForce in the region with fifth generation plane, More models of F35-I in the future
You are WAY overestimating the cost. In a few years the F-35A will be 85 million per unit.So what? we don't want to buy 10 or 15 F-35, at-least 40 to 50 jets add 150 million $ for jet than add servicing and maintenance cost and than add weapon package cost, its can easily shoot 200 million $ per jet so can calculate total cost of 40 to 50 jets its total cost some where in between 15 to 20 billion $
Sorry but no middle eastern or muslim country with be sold the F-35. Apart from Turkey, since they are still part of NATO(they were smart in joining the western camp early on) and so were among the countries who was involved in F-35 program(also due to them being part of NATO). Plus only member countries who participated and contributed in this program will get this jet.You are WAY overestimating the cost. In a few years the F-35A will be 85 million per unit.
As I said before countries with lower defence budgets and similar economies to Pakistan ordered the F-35 in fair numbers.
Wrong, the fighter is for export, korea and japan aren't involved in the program or part of NATO but still bought the jet.Sorry but no middle eastern or muslim country with be sold the F-35. Additionally, even if it was to be sold , it will be to gulf states/KSA who are close western allies and got the hard cash to buy these in significant numbers, Pakistan will be the last to be able to afford this and even more so ,the threat of this advanced jet avionics/systems being leaked to China will prevent any of these jets ever being sold to Pakistan.
Apart from that there is probably no Muslim country that will get the F-35 in the foreseeable future. That's a fact unfortunately.
Just shut up you are an idiot just look F-16 block 60 deal they get 80 F-16 for 12 billion $ in 90'sYou are WAY overestimating the cost. In a few years the F-35A will be 85 million per unit.

In fact a simple calculation shows that the Dutch government thus expects a maximum investment of 5500/85=65 Million Euro to bring an F-35 into service.Just shut up you are an idiot just look F-16 block 60 deal they get 80 F-16 for 12 billion $ in 90's
this will be basic cost of jet without maintenance and weapon package cost can easily go above 120 to 125 per jet, in few years J-31 will also be ready so why we need F-35You are WAY overestimating the cost. In a few years the F-35A will be 85 million per unit.

Dutch is NATO member and investor, US and Europe always charge extra from Muslim countries, that's my pointsIn fact a simple calculation shows that the Dutch government thus expects a maximum investment of 5500/85=65 Million Euro to bring an F-35 into service.
The total lifetime cost for a unit (including operational service) would be about US$215 million.
The Dutch government announced that it will purchase 37 JSF fighters for a purchase price of around 4.5 billion Euros.
Who said the J-31 would be ready? Its a prototype project that could be cancelled anytime, it has no funding or plans of procurement from the Chinese government.this will be basic cost of jet without maintenance and weapon package cost can easily go above 120 to 125 per jet, in few years J-31 will also be ready so why we need F-35
Nope you can't compare a western ally like Korea and Japan hosting huge US military bases, share western values and have been aligned to the West for a long time now and have common interests with western powers with Pakistan.lol. The U.S has no reason not to sell the F-35 to Korea and Japan (two of its closest and most advanced allies in Asia) compared to Pakistan . LolWrong, the fighter is for export, korea and japan aren't involved in the program or part of NATO but still bought the jet.

And if it does enter service it would be far inferior to the F-35.
BTW can you give me the list of nations buying the J-31?
