About profile pictures...

I have noticed more and more people using offensive profile pictures... for example putting in portraits of Adolf Hitler and other mass murderers. And no, not for satirical purposes... some of those guys are pretty serious about it.

If its forbidden to post pics of the "work" of these maniacs (eg. Holocaust pics) why is it allowed to glorify the people who are responsible for those acts?
