Well basically its going to be a race to see how extreme the right and left will go with the Government removing itself from the middle.

An extreme right state like Texas could ban abortions for every single case without exception (and if they found out you did one you get an automatic 1st degree murder charge)...meanwhile on the opposite end an extreme left state could enable an abortion 1 minute before delivery...for free of course.

This law is of some help to us in solving the population problem.
Of course, we can let the US govt share the anger of the Chinese people. After all, the USA first introduced this law, and we are just learning.
For example, we can let NGOs supported by the Republican party go to the Chinese media for some publicity.

First of all, we are a left-wing country and CCP is a left-wing political party. This law is obviously not in line with our political correctness. Although I believe that many people will like this Law under the pressure of the population problem, I am sure that no one will publicly support it.

THIS IS NOT A LAW.......In fact, this is what the Supreme Court said, this is not a law, that's why they can't take this on as they are the supreme legal entity in the US, and send it back to respective state government, because this is a political issue, not a legal issue.

I think "No abortion" is a good law.
We should learn from the USA and prohibit abortion, unless there is a medical certificate that the fetus is Down syndrome children.

Most state would still be allowing abortion, and some selected state which outlaw abortion would have exception mechanism build in to allow those abortion.

Perhaps the women who regularly have unprotected sex can stock up on Plan B? It's called taking responsibility. It's their body and their responsibility. If you don't want children, use birth control or take precautions for accidents before they turn into a human life. If the fetus is proved to be down syndrome after amniocentesis, it can also be aborted.
