You are right cheaply available military grade equipment must be purchased by Pakistan so that terrorist cant get them .

It’s not the boots and the helmets, but the body armor that I was referring to. Even in the US, bank robbers and militia members buy body armor before they carry out crimes. If there is anything to buy from these markets it’s the body armor. If they are selling rifles, scopes, comms gear; that too should be bought.

Yup. That's what I thought should be bought.
While functional APCs or Humvees would be useful for Pakistani security forces, such vehicles would be useless for terrorists.

Humvees are probably more useful for the Afghans if they don’t sell them, for psychological reasons. Afghans refer to Humvees as “Tanks” in videos over the years, and so any force moving in humvees will be considered a powerful force. If they can keep them going, it would make for decent police/CT vehicles and for keeping areas like nangahar and parts of Kunar in line with the threat of daesh recruiting there.

How many religious groups are present in Pakistan ?
How many groups are actively fighting Pakistan currently in Balochistan, in Pakistan itself with little contacts even if they dont get armoured cars you will see alot of it being used against FC in future.
Even if this has a slim chance is it worth risking the life of Pakistan citizens & soldiers or wait these are too cheap already.

How much smuggling actually takes place via Afghan or iran borders do you know about that ?
With all going for Taliban in Afghanistan you have to look at the other side as well, earlier with all going on they have one common enemy multiple groups working together for one cause now that has been achieved what happens in 5 years ?

One of the first things you learn about in fighting asymmetrical warfare is to lay low and do things on the cheap. The vehicles on sale are neither.

Like I mentioned earlier, they stick out like a sore thumb on a UAV or to any recon unit. Humvees are also notorious for their maintenance.

There's a reason why jihadist's around the globe love the Toyota Hilux.

You also need to learn to differentiate between TTP, TLP and BLA. None of the 3 are the same...

One is a religious militant organization, also considered a terrorist group by Pakistan and others. One is a religious political party. Another is a secular, sectarian nationalist secessionist movement.

And it's not going to be easy smuggling these across the border. At least in enough numbers that'll actually matter on the battlefield.

In regards to not making difference on the battlefield do you know how much of Pakistani force is actively deployed away from Pakistani Eastern border because of all this, how much of the resources are being used for this alone ,If Pakistan just had tougher checks on these so called Organistaions from the start things would have been different why its , HECK the biggest monster TTP started as kidnapers and look where they at now, there is no check & balance.

If All Goverments ( Current & Previous ) are fighting a new religious party everytime they are in power it shows you there is something wrong some where in society ?
