Funds are not an issue for him.Lots of AAP members have revolted against kejriwal,MLA's got swayed away.

The kind of support/trust he had last time is missing OTOH Congress is gaining minority votes every day recently shoaib Iqbal joined them thats sure shot one MLA.

Although he has support in slums congress is intruding even that.

It will be difficult for AAP.If BJP's infighting doesn't happen this time they will be forming the govt.

I'm a big believer in last mile governance. Bringing in 100s of billions is not enough. If your MLA and MPs are spending 70% of their budget on ornamental boards, that's just dragging you into the stone age. The real reason why the BJP has avoided another election till now is that AAP has got traction in Delhi. Making sarcastic videos and attacking him isn't cutting much ice with people anymore. Whether he comes to power in this election or not (he probably will), he is here to stay
