A Tipping Point in the US-China-Vietnam Triangle

Very pragmatic position, my buddy.
yea we are throughout pragmatic and peaceful people. so unlike japan, we never have intention to conquer china and enslave the chinese. although we had some chances to do so.

Good point, buddy, perhaps we can say that Vietnamese are more level-headed folks than us Japanese, lol.

By the way, you noticed how our friends are responding to your post with unnecessary vigor? lol.

Perhaps they need to take some Tiger Balm and rub it on their belly and forehead...lol.

That is true. 8 countries cannot split China at her weakest period, how can little Viet imagine taking an inch of Chinese land.
While on this, after reconciling with vietnam after 1979 war, the Viet actually lost some territories to China but the vcp never mentioned that to average Vietnamese

Excuse me, when was your chance to conquer China in the past?

China's weakest time in the past was when China got invaded by Japan.

Gentlemen, let's keep the subject matter on Vietnam-USA-China. Please, let's also try to stay away from personal insults.

China's weakest time in the past was the eve of the KMT's departing from the Mainland. But 2-3 years later the PLA pushed the United Nations forces from the China-Korea border to the 38th parallel.

ok, one: vietnamese invasion of qinzhou, southern china. actually a necessary preemptive strike on the Song army in year 1075, when tension ran high between imperial China and Dai Viet, resulting chinese army amassing at the sino-vietnamese border.

That was really the best you can do so far in the ancient time.

You soon got pushed back to where you belonged when the large reinforcement arrived.

It was too common trouble you made in the Chinese border in ancient time, a absolutely failed invasion, and you were beaten back again.
