A Tale Of Two Bengals Where Never The Twain Shall Meet

then you are an idiot. bengalis are not same people. hindu caste system was made for fair skin superiority.

do you know why west bengalis call BDeshis are lower caste converts? coz many bengalis converted to islam

because they couldnt handle brahmins torture. converted to islam for equality
What do you mean by Bengalis are not same people?

. .
BD kids have started giving them too much importance. Some are even talking about annexing Indian part of Benagl, LMAO.
I also want to BD to commit the mistake of annexing Indian part of Bengal because that will give us excuse to annex BD's part of Bengal and kick the Jamati;s out and world will also not see as agressor.

Yes I realise there is diversity in Bangladesh, sometimes even in the same family you can have different looks. But I am worried about the future. We live close to people who shouldn't even belong in South Asia (the mongoloids). And history shows people inevitably start getting mixed when they live close by. We have to guard our borders with barbed wire, and even take measures of electrocuting anyone trying to enter.

I honestly think we should end our relationship with India for good. We should only have limited trade with them. We should look further afield for our products and services.

do you think partition was a bad idea?

A very tough question, we don't know how it would have been if we were together, but we can safely say that it would have been great if we had ONLY sane & mature people on all sides (I am talking about all 3 countries).

You can see India as a big united country has greater influence in the world, we could achieve more in science & technology because of higher available resources; both in terms of money and talent, and going forward we will continue to become more and more important in global arena. Size does matter, Singapore can never have the kind influence China enjoys.

So we can say that together we would have been an even bigger country, with greater resources, greater achievements, and greater importance around the world. And if all parts of India can get along very well with each other, then we would have gotten along very well with Bengalis of Bangladesh and Punjabis, Sindhis, Balochis, of Pakistan also. But only if..............!!

Also look at the kind of money and energy we have spent against each other, all the war, insurgency, dirty politics, all would not have happened if we were one proud nation.

But, all this would have happened ONLY IF we were not so blinded by our religious identities that we couldn't even live with each other.

There was a reason behind the separation, who knows whether the hatred among some sections of Hindus & Muslims would not turn our country into world's biggest civil war zone? Then we wouldn't even achieve what we have achieved separately, it is better to live separately and happily, than to live together and keep fighting over religion.

Bangladesh uniting with India is not an option. If we were to merge we would have to expose our borders to Northeast India. Obviously you can't stop people from migrating from one place to another when you are part of the same country. In any case, as Bangladesh becomes more prosperous in the years to come, we can show up the Bengali folks from West Bengal, that we are capable of building a country on our own and not need them.

And most Bengalis here would be happy about your success, we don't hold any ill against Bangladesh. Just control anti-India activities like support to NE rebels, and control illegal immigration to India.

And control your radicals for your own good.

Well, of course partition was a good idea for us Bengalis. It has allowed us to form a nation for our own ethnicity. We don't have to share our country with lots of other ethnicities. You can take more pride of your people when you know almost everyone belongs to the same tribe.

Rather than taking pride on other people's work and spending the whole life doing that, do something so that others are proud of u! That'll be a better idea!

.
Ask them if they want to join us cutting relation with Bharat Mata? Then we would understand how serious they are to form a country on the basis of Bengali ethinicity, I mean aper-oper Bangla!
I would rather slit my @ss and swim in shark infested water.

do you think partition was a bad idea?
After the Calcutta massacre, it was the bestest idea. The bad thing was the manner in which it was done.
