Indian media reports everything upside down when it comes to defence related issues. What is coming up is a special forces command which will have elements from all three wings of Armed forces. Similar units for cyber warfare will also be coming up and many say that it is already operational. We don't need another special force for covert operations, we already have SG which comes under RAW and reports directly to PM.
