so why not pay some kashmiris 4000 per week to take on the streets in pro-India demonstrations?? and shame Pakistan in the entire world media?? if that is all that easy like indians make it sound..unable to evolve from their "will do anything for money" mentality???

Kya karein ji? Hum toh bhookhe nange hain na! Ab har koi jaan se pyaare Pakistan ki tarah raees toh nahin hota na.

Why dont the Government give them a better deal like Rs/-500-600 per week and ask them to throw at separatist leaders instead ?

Excellent idea, benny. But as you know its called govt!! Geelani's don't want student to go to schools, he want chaos in Kashmir. Its only good for him but think about these guys!!! What happened to Huriyat leaders own children? they study outside Kashmir!

Concerned over the Kashmiri children’s plight thanks to non-stop violent protests in the streets of the valley, Dukhtaran-e-Millat leader Asiya Andrabi lamented, “Loss of lives, material and education of children are inevitable in our freedom struggle.


But the sacrifices made by students or labourers have no value when compared to those who are ready to make the supreme sacrifice for the cause of freedom...”

Are these crocodile tears? Shouldn’t her concern for education and future of Kashmiri children prompt her to advise other parents to send their children outside Kashmir for studying?

After all, children and relatives of Hurriyat leaders who are spearheading the protests in the Kashmir valley are either busy pursuing their studies or employed outside the state or country.

Relatives of Andrabi herself are in Malaysia, and there are unconfirmed reports that her son has applied abroad for pursuing his academics.

Consider the children of Syed Ali Shah Geelani, the most strident of the separatist lot.

All of them are well-settled, leading peaceful existence and prospering outside Kashmir.

Both the sons of JKDLP chief Hashim Qureshi, infamous for hijacking an Indian Airlines flight to Pakistan, live in London. Sajjad Lone's sons study in Delhi.

One son of Mohammed Ghani Pandit, a Hurriyat leader, is based in Delhi heading a business he has set up, while the other son is working on a doctorate in Malaysia.

The list is rather endless; so much so that people are openly expressing concern for the future of their children despite this year's IAS exam topper hailing from Kashmir.

“While children from rest of the country participate in talent shows, study new subjects like biochemistry and space technology, venture into professions outside Engineering and Medicine, we Kashmiris are living in this beautiful prison,” said an angry Mohammed Altaf, a school teacher from a Kashmir village.

Separatist leader SAS Geelani, chairman of APHC (G). His son Dr Nayeem Geelani is in Rawalpindi. While grandson Ishaar Geelani is in New Delhi

Mirwaiz Umar Farooq is chairman of APHC (M). His sister Dr Rabia Farooq is practicing medicine in US.

Gulam Mohammed Sumzi is gen secretary of APHC (G). His son Jugnu is completing his MBA in New Delhi

Mohd Ashraf Sehrai is general secretary of APHC (G). His son Abid Sehrai is working as a computer engineer in Dubai

Aasiya Andrabi, member of Dukhtran-e-Millat. Her brother-in-law Dr Younis Geelani is settled with his family in Malaysia

Sajad Lone is the member of PC. Both his sons are studying in New Delhi

They dnt even understand the meaning of protest so its just for money


And dnt wary now our government also start this but by batter and civilized manner

Now they start to many employment programs so soon all these protest become history

Okay got it now! All of this problem in Kashmir is because youth are paid Rs 400 to come out. There is absolutely no ideological reason..chaps simply want to earn a living!!! Wow..amazing diagnosis of the problem! I am sure as suggested above, GoI can simply pay them more to sit at home. Kahani khatum shud!!

There is a indeed ideological reason and that is radical brainwash with militant and hardcore radical ideology.
