before that all of them were replaced when a fulls-lace operation was conducted. What happened to the civilians in area which you bombed
It's all your fault...Had you not opened that thread about anti-Indian Bengalis, Joe would still be here!
Oh dear. Did I trigger this ?
before that all of them were replaced when a fulls-lace operation was conducted.
Sir can you point out any developmental work taken place? It doest matter amount of per capita spent. You are just dividing the total funds by the population there, which is not exactly being translated as such in reality
shut up and welcome back..
I just don't argue for the sake of other party, few had the capacity to spar with me without banning or giving a negative.I did not know shearer but i am guessing i would have got a few negatives from that man too.
a tangible effort i mean. show me a linkVisit Kashmir to find out. Better roads, better utilities, more schools, subsidized goods. What more do you want?
a tangible effort i mean. show me a link
Damn...that must have been a double whammy on poor Joe!That thread " Anti National Bengalis " AND Today's thread " CPM opposes Indo US agreement "
TOGETHER played a DECISIVE role in this
That CPM Bashing thread was perhaps the proverbial LAST straw
for a die hard communist like Joe Shearer
We owe you BIG time
you are showing me the links for current yearContribution of Indian Government for the development of State of Jammu & Kashmir:
http://www.thehindu.com/news/nation...-with-only-1-of-population/article8894242.ece
- A Kashmiri gets eight times more money from the Indian Government when compared with citizens from other states of India. In 1992-93 the per capita assistance to other states was Rs 576.24 and in 2000-2001 it was Rs 1,137. The same per capita for Kashmiri was increased from Rs 3,197 to Rs 8,092 in the same time duration. The Central Assistance can be simplified as if Central Government provides assistance to each Kashmiri Family (with five members) then each family would get 40,460 Rs/year.
- In the year 1980 the number of people living below the poverty line in Kashmir was 24.24% which dropped to 3.48% in next 20 years. Current national average for people living below poverty line in rest of the India is 26.10%.
- Service Tax is not levied in Jammu and Kashmir

hope i did not contribute to this decision of his... but he should learn to play by the rules, does not matter how much knowledge you got and how fine prose you can write, if you abuse other members you are not good member. If you lose patience with somebody just block him/her before you go mental and start going personal... very simple.
which is why i wanted a pdf rule being quoted everytime you get negative/warning/ban.. either verbatim or the number (like dafa 302 tazirat-e-hind)... it will still be subjective but we will know the apropriateness of the action. The problem is not the rules themselves, but in how some are blatantly exempt from them and some are subject to extreme prejudice in applying them.
