The funny thing is:
If people get into an accident, the first thing they do is quarrel with the guy in the other car. I've seen these guys blocking traffic, not letting anyone else pass until their issue is resolved.
Then the brilliant traffic-policeman decides that it is enough. He crosses the street and then... ... ... starts directing traffic away from the scene of the accident instead of resolving the issue (he may have forgotten that it's his job btw).
