As a father of girls, I've repeated my opinion on modern day Indian culture enough times that neither my wife nor my girls and boy will ever set foot there. No big loss for India, but an enormous relief for me.

Bellwood can take some of the blame but when mothers and fathers don't teach respect for all sexes to their sons, and bail them out at every opportunity while blaming girls for "being too sexy" "not dressing conservatively enough" or "not being accompanied by a male relative", forced castration of sexual offenders and mandatory vasectomies till the average male can pass an IQ-EQ test, show that he is a contributing member of society may be the best way to go. The above is a blanket statement that applies to all of South Asia.
