India is indeed a big market but for commodity like LNG for which there is a waiting line, I doubt India would jeopardize that facility, especially when Europe is eagerly gobbling up any and all LNG shipments.

Qatar has close military ties with US but also good relations with adversaries of the US like Iran and Hamas. On the other hand, Israel is the closest American ally in the Middle East. I don't think it is the Americans who would have a problem with Qatari Navy secrets being passed on to Mossad.
