6) FEET

No stranger to paye, we Pakistanis also have a dish called Panjo ka soup, and when looked up is a dish made entirely up from chicken claws. Why, I do not know. Those claws are nothing short of a nightmare, why anyone would make a soup out of them is beyond me.

I used to feed this to my dogs. Good treat or supplement for pups in growing stage in cold weather.

Take the nails out with pliers, boil the feet in water. 2-3 chicken feet when pup is around 5 months old and later can be increased per meal.

Not to be given in hot weather.

I have eaten all of them minus 7th tongue, don't tell me only Pakistanis eat these?
Come to Hyderabad and have Sir-e-Paaya ki Nihari !! u can have extra tongue piece on demand !
Those who dont like the gooey texture of brain ( Bheja) can eat it like Cutlet or Fry it with batter !

. .
I have tried tongue, liver and brain (hated it). An ox's tongue is a fine and healthy meal.

Would love to try balls though. Stomach is gross.

Nothing tastes better than Brain Masala... Only if properly cooked by an experienced chef... Live only tastes good when cooked from freshly slaughtered animal ... i.e. Goat, Cow

My late Uncle used to cook Ojari in his house,,, and we he do that , i was not able to step in his house... it smelled so weird ..:sick::sick:

Rest of them are not recommended and never heard of head, kapporay and chicken feet... they all used for Black Magic i think...
