Pakistani will never satisfy no matter who rule in Pakistan as their expectation and hopes are too high. Pakistani people were not satisfied with martial laws, they are not satisfied with islamic parties, they are not satisfied with democratic set up..they are not satisfied with anarchism ..dont know what else left in there to satisfy them
Competent Government. When someone tries that, they will find the population satisfied.
You have to be wary of the validity of polls run by media sources - the political sway of the media outlet often reflects on the readership therefore can bias the results of polls. I don't doubt the trend though, I fully expect the vast majority of people are unsatisfied with the government.
Unfortunately I fully expect him to be re-elected next year. The opposition is too weak. PPP is in disarray and corrupt to the core, PTI is the real alternative and as a diehard supporter I can say I am vehemently disappointed with the party.
In KPK PTI has done a great job and will get re-elected inshaAllah but at a central level they've just wasted time. First they just engaged in dharnas, I supported them through that. Once that route came to a dead end, they have been banging the panama leaks drums.
Voters don't want opposition for the sake of it, they want opposition to provide an alternative. How many PTI policies are publicly known? They've fought CPEC something the government has successfully portrayed as a massive success. They've fought the appointment of Raheel Sharif in Saudi, something the masses seem to support. To win elections you have to look at public opinion, not just Imran Khans opinion.
PTI also desperately comes across as a 1 man party. They still struggle to have fair internal elections, they still select elitist lotas, and they still require Imran Khan to intervene at every point. The typical image you see of PTI is Imran Khan flanked by Jahangir Tareen and SMQ with a crowd of hangers on in the back. PTI should be focused on giving the stage to it's long term members, people like Asad Umar should be groomed to be the next party leader, not the second string you send onto talk shows. Pervez Khattak is too quiet, he should be centre of all things KPK, instead you have Imran Khan trying to bask in the positivity.
You know the game is rigged against you, all catches will be dropped, no lbw's will be given, all close encounters will be no balls in their favour, your only option is to tear of the stumps with a 100mph inswinger. Also - enough of the damned cricket analogies!
