ISLAMABAD: The 6th National Census is set to start in April this year; the disabled people will also be included in the census and latest technology will be used to accumulate correct and completely error-free data.
The Federal Finance Minister of the dissolved federal cabinet, Dr. Abdul Hafiz Sheikh, said today while addressing a seminar on Census 2011 in Islamabad that without census it is impossible to estimate the ratio between the population and resources of the country.
Hafiz Sheikh informed in his address that under this years title, Count Everyone for the census everyone will be counted and added.
The Secretary of Census, Asif Bajwa, said during his briefing on modus operandi of the census that in first phase census of the houses and in second phase census of the population will be conducted.
He added that total 175,000 people will participate in Census 2011. SAMAA
