To avoid a civil war and an unstable afganistan parliament of afganistan should have some representation from afgan taliban that's what NATO is trying to do and that is what the best option for afganistan. Having some power in the country's government will somewhat losen their intention of getting their past glories back,but 2014 is too early for nato to leave afganistan they should stay there till 2020 and afganistan should have a strong military of 600000 dedicated to nation, to remain stable in future.

As far as military traning in India is concerned we are always ready to help aren't we.
