I dont think there will be any need of force. If we go by the Afghan views, Afghanistan is in much better shape compared to Pakistan so i suppose there people will go back there willingly. Plus what more the want from us? I think they will go back in peace. I wont want any violence either as that will jeopardize the relations even further.
