A positive development. But do not forget those of have acquired Pakistani citizenship. Have they done it by fair or foul means? I would say the majority of them DESPISE Pakistan (irrespective of the means of acquistion) and they can be a used by external enemies as a destabilizing factor. That would be harder. It would be easier to repatriate all refugees. As to those who are naturalized: investigations must be undertaken to find out if it was legal or illegal. If illegal, they must be repatriated and the corrupt officials MUST be punished. Those naturalized foreigners who have commited crimes, should be stripped of citizenship as part of their punishments.
Two things that can break Pakistan internally and the external enemies know this: Sunni - Shia full out civil war (e.g between Iran and KSA) and a rising demographic which HATES Pakistan (eg. number of Afghans increasing in Pakistan).

If your brother comes and destroys your house and children and family and what you have built up for their future, it behoves you to take unremitting severe action to prevent your brother from doing this. In this, you are acting in his benefit and your own.
