QUETTA: Law enforcement agencies have rounded up about 50 suspects during a search operation in different areas of Saryab in provincial capital on Tuesday.

Frontier Corps (FC), Police and personnel of Anti-Terrorism Force (ATF) took part in the operation. Helicopters also provided help to the troops engaged in house-to-house search in Killi Kamalo and Killi Qambarni area of Saryab in connection with sectarian targeted killings. The law enforcement agencies cordoned off the area and a search was mounted in some areas after a decision taken at a high level meeting of police, FC and other law enforcement agencies. An official said, the search operation will continue for few more days. Police have rounded up more than two hundred suspects during the past three days.

always wary of these so called round ups -- to save face the cops round up many innocent people who get tortured. I mean how many terrorist have dinner and rest every night at home?
