The deal was confirmed at this month's Airshow China in Zuhai (Flight International, 12-18 November). The Ukrainian design bureau will be responsible for optimising the ARJ21's wing and constructing windtunnel models. Development of the ARJ21 should be completed in the middle of next year, with service entry in 2006. Antonov to develop wing for China www.flightglobal.com

Not even if the same Made in America aircraft type logged two other crashes in the Phillipines? Again do you have proof that a manufacturing defect caused the crash? You put up this giant wall of incoherent text but fail to answer one simple question. Did a Made in America flaw cause the crash? Can you prove it? The aircraft crashed a year after it was handed over to the Philippines but the same aircraft operated without incident for 33 years. So what changed? The operator, the first place the investigators will focus on is the pilot and then the maintenance record.
