roughly estimate, There are around 1.5-2 Million Tribal people who are able to fight or perform duties . That is just numbers from former FATA, now add Pashtoons of KPK , Punjabi's , Sindh Tribe's like Hur, Hazara , Baloch and Saraiki , and huge number of Urdu speaking youth . We wont be getting short of Volunteers when it comes to attack IOK .

Might be. But TBH Pakistan can't afford to openly support a proxy way yet again. It's a matter of another discussion if PA/GoP declare a war and the volunteers come in the picture. Time for a fight will come most definitely, but it is not today. India wants a ludicrous and deperate response from us but we shall not give in to temptation.

Before advancing on IOK one of the following conditions should be fulfilled;

- Has India crossed the LOC yet? No.
- Has the large scale massacre of locals started yet? No.
- Has state-sponsored mob violence against the Muslims been observed yet? No.

In addition, we would need to know if our invasion on behalf of the locals, is what they want at this point in time because right timing is the key that unlocks the path to a decisive victory which is the only outcome we want. We cannot afford half-assed incursions like the past.

Ladakh has been carved out as a Non-Muslim majority Union territory. India can keep it for now. Our immediate focus is now J&K. Conquering the land piece by piece instead of biting more than we could chew. Later, Ladakh can be liberated with the help of the Chinese.
