No, but there will be one last war, the one that will destroy humanity if not the world. This war wouldn't be about ideologies, extending one's border or vengeance but rather for natural resources as our natural resources are diminishing day by day and our demand is increasing.

World war 3 broke out right when cold war ended. Nato (americans) made sure they kept all threatening enemy small and scattered so it would be dealt with more easily. Newer way of waging war nowadays is sanctions.
