No you haven't you proved your self wrong. By act of war you lost. With threat of war you can kept India at a bay. Not letting them attack and conquer more areas.

Kashmir is the main dispute b/w pakistan and india and it should be resoved through any means necessary.Now india won`t come to the table,so we have to solve it either by internationalizing the issue or by force.

To settle Kashmir dispute, Norway or Hungary should be brought in to hold a referendum, since they're an entirely irrelevant country in international politics and have nothing to gain by taking sides. Plus they're European so yeah.
