why are cattle traders frequently shot to death when they are returning from India?forgive my ignorance,but is that illegal?
and how come the BD government does nothing to prevent the BSF from shooting farmers working in their fields near the border?a lot of farmers have died in the past.

India inside Bangladesh
Can anyone do a survey how many Indian organisations are working in Bangladesh? I think the number will be unbelievable. Because from Indian terrorist to CEO, Indian cook to top Diplomats are now very much available in Dhaka city. As per my knowledge concerned, the organisations from other countries must abide by the laws and customs of the host country. But what is the actual scenario of those Indian organisations working in Bangladesh? The common among them is that most of the Indian management seems that they are in India. And they behave in the way that they are our masters and we are slaves! As a result what is happening is that Muslims become 'minority' population and that Indian organisations become 'mini-India' inside Bangladesh. I am trying to give here some information regarding State Bank of India, working in Bangladesh since 1974.
1. The top management of State Bank of India comprises BJP activists. So, they are used to harassing and torturing the Muslim community by attacking religious sentiment.
2. The ratio of Hindu-Muslim staffs has been raised from 60:40 to 70: 30.
3. Muslims who offer Namaj are always treated as laggards and they are deprived in case of promotion, increment and other facilities.
4. As the top management lives in Bangladesh without their family and the Hindu staffs suppose State Bank of India as their organisation, they come on holidays (even Friday) and make others to work on holidays.
5. It is surprising that State Bank of India offers no festival bonus and no other bonuses
except one yearly bonus.
6. The situation in this Indian Bank is that even when the people go for Namaj during Johor and Maghrib, they are scolded in the way that they will not be allowed to leave before 8-9 PM. at night.
7. As the Hindus feel comfort to be in the bank premise as they seem like they are in their homeland, they with the inspiration of the management stay at office from 8.00 AM to 9.00 PM everyday. That is why the authority is ignoring the direction of the Central Bank and internal-external auditors to recruit enough staffs for different sections of the bank to lower the workload of each employee.
8. In recent recruitments of 14 staffs only 4 are Muslims. Is it possible that among the candidates only the Hindu are the most talented in the recruitment test of State Bank of India? Is this the true picture of the country?
The most important and dangerous matter is that the State Bank of India has opened three more branches in the last four years and is about to open another three branches in different places of the country. What is the main reason of the Indians to expand their bank businesses in Bangladesh? I want to alert the conscious people of the country to be aware of any kind of conspiracy against the country. At the same time we want the concerned authority of Bangladesh Bank to take a close look at State Bank of India to wipe out the malfunctioning of some Indian organisations including the State Bank of India, operating in the country.

Dude with all due respect to work done by the BSF, they are the one of the most f***** up organizations in India today.
They don't shoot for entertainment, thats absurd.
If anything, (assuming that your reports have a shred of truth in them), they are involved in some sort of bribery-extortion racket.

Illegal immigrants now a threat to national security
There are some one lakh foreigners residing in Bangladesh illegally for a long time and intelligence agencies consider many of them as threats to national security.
A large number of these illegal immigrants are staying in and around the capital, intelligence sources said.
Among the illegal foreigners around 25,000 who have entered the country through the Zia International Airport are enlisted in the official records. Others have entered Bangladesh using the 13 land ports, according to the Department of Immigration and Passports (DIP). "After the serial bomb blasts across the country on August 17, we are now considering these people as threats to our national security," said an intelligence official.
Most illegal immigrants have been living in the capital and in the port city of Chittagong for more than three years using false addresses after their visas had expired. "Many had written the names of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel and Hotel Sheraton as their addresses while in Bangladesh but when we went to those hotels, we never found any trace of them," said an official of the Special Branch (SB).
Sources said as the land ports lack data recording systems, that is why the government remains in the dark about the whereabouts of these illegal immigrants. Intelligence agencies suspect that some of these people might be involved in subversive activities.
The intelligence agencies have recently come up with a 624-page index of listed illegal immigrants, which will be submitted to the Ministry of Home Affairs soon. Sources said the list mentions some 19,000 Indians, 2800 Pakistanis and 2682 Chinese nationals. There are people from other countries also. The illegal Pakistani immigrants have been staying in Bangladesh for the longest period, the index observed.
Among the listed illegal immigrants, many are working in the Information Technology (IT) sector, English medium schools, private universities and different corporate houses. "They live and work here without any legal work permit. The government is being deprived of revenues, as they do not pay taxes. Their free movement is also a huge security concern," said a senior official of the Special Branch. Officials of the immigration and passport department believe that many illegal immigrants are managing to stay in the country without extending their visas as they have developed good understanding with a section of dishonest officials of the visa cell of the department.
