its time Iran should do more and stop its agencies from using black market and our soil to avert sanctions.

Sanctions are only on selling oil, where China is taking Iranian oil in barter trade fashion.
Whereas there are no limits what Iran can't import, Iran just need to declare that imported material was not for enriching Uranium. China /Russia wouldn't ask for any such declaration!

Results on which strategy? I don't know of any? Smugglers is a small word for those who transport oil tanks from Iran to Pakistan from decades.
Pakistan have its own issues but that's not the topic of discussion.

I have seen Kashmir as a part of India since I was 4 and started my LKG, then I came to know about the wars fought for this land and then I came to know about proxy war between RAW and ISI...
A simple reason or an act is enough to start a never ending war....

I DOUBT we are doing anything now, if we are its very crappy work..

honestly we both know that know india doesnt has any support in kashmir, i doubt we have any strong support too(they want independence),

so it would be much easier if we start really arming them but we are not otherwise ,they would have been people dying every other day, we probably did it briefly in 1980s and 90s and hence the 20,000 killings

but are we supporting the other 25 + movements that are actually amounting to most of deaths of indian arm personel(jsut go and check your figures) the answer is no

so how come a supported movement performs poor than unsupported movements in terms of damage, the answer is they are not getting any support

1971 war means Pakistan went nuclear, it measn that we start proxy war in punjab and kashmir in the past and it means that we look at india with suspicion
