5 Favourite battles/campaigns

Being a scion of a military family i have access to hoards of military material. But after becoming disillusioned with warfare this family abandoned military some decades ago. I myself never touched any of those books except some stuff about ww2. In military battles and campaigns are merely case studies. There is a very developed theory of warfare that officers have to go through more often then any historical battles. Therefore there are books about military geography, surprise, deception even about the fighting spirit and psychology of war. Just reading about eastern front i came to know everything about war that i wanted to (begrudgingly) know. Hence no top 5 campaigns for me.:coffee:
