Moved out of San Jose area in the middle of pandemic after residing there for 30 years. Bay Area has gone to $hit.

I been living there around 5 years and really enjoying it. It ticks all my requirements except the expensive housing and high rents and the scrupulous employers trying to recruit on low pay based on ethnicity.
