4th Country To Deploy Stealth Fighters, How Does India’s AMCA Stack-Up Against China’s J-20 Mighty Dragon?

Due to that bucket of paint your entire IAF was shitting green on 27 Feb ? Whole world saw the trembling legs of Modi jeee when he was begging for French Rafales
I think Pakistanis on this forum have a strong tendency to confuse national opinion with global opinions. The “world” generally does not care, and if they do, they are not too concerned with “Modi jeee’s trembling legs”.

Besides, Rafale acquisition process has been cooking for god knows how long — and as far lobbying goes, it was done to India by foreign vendors than the other way around.

This is a bit different for Pakistan, so I understand your confusion somewhat. Indian choices are not limited between J-XX and J-YY and there usually more vendors involved trying to win business.

When you were busy in searching/selecting a GAZILLION different planes offered to you from all the great companies of the world our humble j-XX and J-YY did the trick by shooting down your planes alongwith pilot. Its an excellent result.

Then again same can be said for the F-22, Rafale has only done some ground strikes in Libya, MK2 been in service for over 40 years with over half a dozen airforce around the globe probably has a single kill to its name and then off course the so called Eastern Raptor, only had a weather balloon to it's credit until it actually saw some real combat on 27.2.19,,,,,despite the denials by the IAF, we all know why it has lost all the limelight.

F-22A Raptor(s) were used extensively over Iraq and Syria to make sure that Operation Inherent Resolve is successfully concluded in the region.

COIN role:

Escort and Network-centric roles:

Intercept role:

Deconflict role:

Considerable combat exposure and experience TBH.

- - -

Rafale's exposure is limited to SEAD, DEAD and COIN roles on the other hand; SEAD and DEAD roles over Libya while COIN role over Iraq and Syria in support of Operation Inherent Resolve in large part.

Shouldn't it be stacked up against Chinese sixth gen? Neither has a real prototype yet but the Chinese have allegedly flown a scaled model.

their ten cups of tea a day.

Just 1 very large cup of coffee made with milk and a croissant.
No tea
Never tea

Its funny to read Pakistani posters endlessly singing hymns and hosannas for what the Chinese made. They have taken possession of all things Chinese as their own.
They have nothing more than car assembly and bicycle making to their name.
Reading them someone from mars would think Pakistan was a industrial powerhouse that could design test and make aircraft in a trice

Do you know your f35 is jointly made by more than 14 countries ?

Yes I do. Some countries actually made the plane and some contributed financially with a very minor role in its design and manufacture

Those that primarily contributed financially are not stupid or crass enough to claim having made the plane .

They are modest and admit they had little to do with the F35's genesis

The French say, "Tout comprendre, tout pardonner". I know where they're coming from, and have empathy for them. It's like marrying a woman with a cultural legacy a thousand years old, and feeling the desperate insecurity that a refugee feels who has lost his own roots in what is now an alien country.

The trouble is that they are clever people, generous people, sociable, gregarious people, and their kids are just as good as the kids I've worked with in various fields, but they keep getting that feeling when they turn around and look over the fence and see what is going on. I know; it's like visiting my in-laws' home town and visiting their home temple and remembering that I've never lived under my own roof.

They've been unlucky from the get-go, after their charismatic leader died, just one year and a few days' short of one month from the time they got independent, and they then had one awful bounder after another, in a long and unremitting succession.

It's tough, and there's nothing one can say to make things better, just pass the sugar and talk about the weather and avoid politics and religion in conversation.

:partay: Harsh. Not everything needs to be said.

Is this an ethnic thing? I have a Goan Catholic friend who will not touch tea. "Against my religion", he insists, through gritted teeth.

let them drag this project as long as they can, just don't prompt with any of PAF such acquisition in house, collaborate or off the shelf and yes they can drag it with so much money they have. we have example infront of us.

it will give us good enough time to come up with a solution after which they will be running again for some galactic breed.

Is there any reason to create a thread like this to just mock Indians?

Let's spare the humiliating future for our Indian friends a little bit.

You make them but why not you named them ? Let me suggest you ,” Aerospace trailer “ would be good name
Sure, although they all have names. Perhaps you missed seeing them, thinking that they were all imported.

Some of them were; some Korean companies have been purchased and their products are occasionally imported - SUVs as well as heavy commercial vehicles.

Need some?

We could also sell you some trailers to carry the paint.

AT LAST, an understanding soul.

Don't worry, we are investing heavily in high technology and hope to catch up very soon.

There are unconfirmed rumours that these new pieces of technology can print out downloaded blueprints at the rate of one every half-hour.

Soon, we too will engineer the rears of the whole world, as we have been shown how to do by the leader in this technology.

I hope I worded that right. English is not my first language, and I studied in my own language until Class VII.
