Alls well now. Terrorism is defeated and Iraq is united again. Oh wait! Kurds hold a referendum in a couple of months. Lets see what Baghdad will do to convince them to stay in Iraq. The "carpet bombing" option does not exist here because US planes has more chance to bomb Baghdad than Erbil
Are you a Kurd? Since when do Arabs and Greeks hate each other? Arabs and Greeks have a long common history and are in fact neighbors to the South and South East. Not only that Arab presence in Cyprus, Crete etc. was significant.
Already answered. Kurds (KRG) are already de facto independent. They are only leeching on Baghdad. What matters here is the disputed territories (Kirkuk in particular but not only) and because of that I doubt that KRG will become an independent state. How will such a state survive if supposedly Turkey (although the foolish Erdogan is supporting Barzanistan and strengthening Kurds in Northern Syria due to his moronic policies) and also Iran is against because they have Kurdish regions of their own that want and have long fought for independence? Small in size, very few resources, small population, surrounded by hostile states/regimes and land-locked. Good luck with that project.
This fantasy of Kurds conquering Mosul (majority Arab city - by far in fact) as fantasized about by some a few years ago (after ISIS gained control) or now Raqqa is what it is. Absurd nonsense.
