40.000 civilians killed in Mosul

You mix military with politics.

Iraq is militarily stronger than IS, has intl. backing that provides legitimacy for this war which renders the weak political leadership above it less relevant in this comparison. The weak leadership (political level) is what enabled the 2014 collapse of many divisions.

It does not matter how strong the ISF becomes, as long as its leadership is fragile they will be an ineffective tool. Its top leadership remains civil authorities in Baghdad. The 2 former ministers of defense have stated in parliament that the military was being sabotaged from within by its own politicians, which is true. Knowing that, you see why that weak state is actually a problem?

Collapses of Military is generally caused by lack of morale.
Corruption within the government will reduce the morale,
but corruption within the military will be even worse.

A US Officer training an Arab army said the problem was that
soldiers were treated like dirt.
Furthermore, No professional NCO corps, and the officers were only interested
in their personal careers, and not in the Army beeing effective.
This US Officer handed out manuals to the crew of Abrams tank,
and directly afterwards the Officer collected all the manuals,
because if the soldiers were knowledgeable, his position was threatened.

IIRC, the collapse of Mosul, was due to the top level officers of the Army.
The same guys that would lead a military coup.
The big difference between a junta and a democracy is that the former is not accountable.

Iraq needs separation of powers, with functionality that roots out corruption
in in branches of government. I don't disagree with that, but that
can be done without reverting to a dictatorship.

So if we assume that I am an "fascist", what is wrong with that?

In a more serious fashion, how in the good world did you make such a connection based on what I wrote in post 8 and the most recent one? I am genuinely curious.

Any ideology that makes the Arab people and Arab nation strong on every front is an ideology that I adhere to.

...
If Spain went Fascist, killing of foreigners, I think You would begin to understand.

Read #39 again, and compare to the list.
Then You see it matches quite well,

.
A military coup would be nice to remove this entire system as there is no hope in this system to start with, it is set up to serve enemies. I don't think it would be opposed as change is what everyone is waiting for.
There will be coup we paid heavy price for this regime then we wont let no baath or Sunni to rule our country and abuse our resources and boasting on us.

local traitors (in this case Iraqi Shia Arabs) who have religious allegiances to foreign (non-native clerics) and regimes/systems.
The only traitors here are the Sunnis in general and the Saudis in particular.

A military regime to clean up all the mess and gradually give power to capable people, would actually not be a too bad idea. There is so much that needs to be cleaned up. Even basics. It's really a messy job.
Alhamdulilah we have PM forces with people there is nut hoping of any such insane action.

Al-Abadi has done well. He is not to be blamed. It's the entire illegitimate system since 2003 that is a mess.
The system is legit but traitors like baathist and sectarians sunnis are the who's not legit.

Abandoning democracy, in favour of a military dictatorship.
You really are a piece of work, aren't You?
They defend their interest you never find religious sunnis prefer democracy they just love slavery to some skunk dictator they prefer to be humiliated by their tyrants rather living in a free society that's kind of mentality we have to deal with add to that these scums supported by the west alas

Why the west also can't have a word on a free nation so its better to keep these regimes in power ?? since they guard the western interests.

A military takeover could result in far better, except when the military leaders are too extreme and don't plan reconstructing civil rule of the state.
give me a military generals who lead and humiliate their enemy with fire ?? and power would care any of reconstruction any military regime is a corrupted regime period.

.
Pre 2003 no such nonsense was tolerated, the result? Strong state, little corruption, stability, strong military. Yeah the country was isolated and all but that's cause of sanctions; different topic.
And the people were opressed by the regime the life was peace of hell there were no respect to the life of man utter humiliation alas you either didn't feel that for the lack of feelings or you were part of that zombie state.

The result of the "strong" state was a war with Iran bankrupting the economy.
An attempt to restore economy by robbing Quwait was stopped.
The world tried to teach Iraq a lesson.
The failure to really learn, caused an invasion.
That is what You get when leaders are not responsible to the citizens.
what responsibility you talk about when a piece of shit ?? called Saddam were worshiped by the baath while no one has the right to spell his or her opinion simply your life in Iraq during those days worth less than a fly.

And Your solution appears to be modeled after Fascism/Stalinism.
Not the way forward.
Thats how gulf regimes are and that's how Iraq suppose to be no democracy next door that democracy suppose to die in Iraq for dictatorship otherwise the same model may threaten their thrones.

The result of a weak state is terrorism, corruption, military collapses.

We're not in Scandinavia, a weak state does not survive here given the neighbors of whom none are democratic.
That's some fine we have to pay alas we already did and our system is rolling bloody yes but remember we had and we still have many enemies. but we will prevail while our enemy will fail if not they already failing.

The description of Your "strong" state resembles ISIS, which is currently
beeing pushed back by the weak state of Iraq.
Thats funny but true.

soldiers were treated like dirt.
Thats describe the situation of the whole nation its not only soldiers treated like dirt its the wole nation treated like that alas unfortunately these regimes backed by clerics

Thats why I don't like Sunni version of Islam because they give and support tyranny.
