TTP released a statement of their new operation to start doing bigger and more attacks during Ramadan. It most likely woke up some sleeping generals and commanders to finally preemptively strike them. If we constantly do IBO's and strike across the border they should quiet down. While we purge the majority of their sleeper cells inside the country we need to make sure the border fence is thoroughly safe by adding cameras, constant drone surveillance, adding more military check posts, etc. If we keep them on their toes and increase the costs of them doing attacks (ex. we kill 10 terrorists for every 1-3 of our soldiers) TTP khawarij can hopefully die out.
