Maj Gen Faiz has awesome personality and Maj General Nauman looks like a person who means business

Are promotions by seniority or by achievement? For example, I wonder why did Mirza get promoted rather than Muhammed Saeed? Wasn't it Saeed whose Rangers improved the situation in Karachi while Mirza failed to reduce the violence at the India-Pakistan border?

I believe Muhammad Saeed is not yet considered for promotion.

. . . . .
Then why was Mirza promoted? Is he not partly responsible for India attacking in February?
Dapuck? He's responsible for giving Indians 47 mily deaths along the LC/WB in 2018. You can blame the Air HQ for the intrusion.

What he did wrong there?

Probably the link (being Indian) you referred forgot Mirza's response . Pakistani forces showed them their capability in broad day light. Forces on other side should look within if there is any infiltration in presence of Fence, RADARS surveillance cameras and half a million manpower across LoC and WB. Secondly Pakistani side blames Indian Army for unprovoked firing.
For me it all BS
