Featured 4 gunmen attacked Pakistan Stock Exchange building in Karachi

this suggests that Baluchistan is in dire need of a military operation followed by a quick developmental and educational program

We train guards but only for certain sites, sadly both the government and security companies don't want to invest in their human capital.

Here is a small training video from a previous course for security guards in Islamabad.

Private security guards are not prepared to handle dangerous situations be it armed robbery or terrorist incidents. There was great concern that such men had no training on how to even operate a weapon. These companies hire poor men looking for work. They are provided them with a rifle/hand gun and a uniform to look the part.

Education should be a top priority regardless of the operation.
Lack of jobs and hostile propaganda in the absence of state imparted education is the main reason of law abiding citizens gone rogue.

they probably provided them with logistic support and safe heaven helping terrorists to disguise security forces and intelligence agencies,if you think that such terrorists not have support from local people then you will be unable to stop them in future
Nonsense! they never did and neither they are of the type to do this kind of sh!t anyways. It must be BLA, PTM or probably Afghan element a frustrated Indian terrorism reaction all we need to link the dots properly.

Not true, don't confuse a well trained guard force with private security companies in the city paying their guards 8,000 rupees. There are several professional outfits in Pakistan, I won't name them as it breaches forum rules on advertising, but Pakistan has some very good PSC: private security contractors, again not to be confused with security guards.
