All those who slipped into Pakistan from J&K in 90's were effing terrorists.They were all sent to hell by IA after a few years.But in these case the ones who are asking refuge are ordinary Civilians.

So they were already terrorists when they slipped into Pakistan..... I see.
What about the families with women and children. ??
At least, these Hindus are being allowed to leave at will...... let India have the moral to open it's borders and only then we can talk. !!

wtf, you think that color of the skin can be used to identify a member of his/her caste. I bet you have never known INDIA, we have FC candidates who are dark in color and we have SC candidates who are bright in skin color.

Leave him dude... This attitude cost them East Pakistan. I have interacted many Pakistani on Orkut, facebook and twitter. Most of them believe that Indians are dark skinned. They believe that So called Dalits (In modern India there is no Dalit) are dark skinned.

I am Brahmin and I am dark, So what??? One get his/her skin color from nature. If my family would have been stayed in cold place for 2-3 generation I would have been fairer. Bengali Muslims share the same color what Bengali/Bihari Hindu have.

I have never seen any one discriminating me based on my dark skin color...

NOTE: The greatest (Political)teacher of India Chankya was Dark skinned Brahmin, and His pupil ChnadraGupta was from non upper caste (I don know what cast he was, But he was not "so called" upper caste )

I think you didn't read his post carefully. He said "All those who slipped into Pakistan in 90's are terrorists" not those who migrated in 40's.

After Afghan war was over Jihadis were free, some ignited mind thought to use them. They turned to Kashmir vally and heaven turned into hell. It was 90's and this was the time when many young slipped into other side of border.

Serious question, guys.

How does one differentiate between caste? Why can't a dalit dude just go around telling he is from a different caste like Brahmin or so forth? Who will know?

If some one who is a Dalit claims that he is a Brahmin, he is loosing the previlages offered by the government for his/her caste.
but people take pride in telling what caste they bellong to. also anyone facking caste can be easily identified as they will not be able to behave how the other caste members behave
