Alleged 9 Pakistanis and 3 Indians have been arrested by SL Police in relation to explosions.

The death toll for the Easter Sunday terror attacks has risen to 290 by Monday morning with 500 have been injured, Police Spokesman Ruwan Gunasekara said.

He said 24 suspects are currently in the CID custody.

I doubt very much. Some deeper conceptual, ideological as well as global political complications are involved. But I would not like to divulge upon them in this thread, which is dedicated to a specific incidence.

Though, about the international linkages, they are not very sure, at this stage.

Any difference between islamic or muslim? In my undersranding, islam is religion and those who follow it is called muslim...most terrorist call their act as jihad quoting something from their religion scripture

Yes. Islam is a religion, but obviously, like any other religion, it has many different, rather often contradictory, interpretations and exegeses; though, all the people, following these widely divergent interpretations, call themselves, and by others, as Muslims. By using the term "Islamic Terrorism", not only, one inadvertently groups all these people in one thread, but also implies some essential linkage between Islam and terrorism. This process of association is neither logical nor fruitful, rather may entail very dangerous implications.

In any case, I commented in an off the cuff manner. If you think that your understanding of matter is correct; then keep on using this term.
