Electrification in Morocco is at nearly 100%.

This compared to South Africa:

Morocco has disputed territories in the east with Algeria and north with Spain and an active and armed secessionist group in the South East aided and abetted by our eastern neighbors.

Sorry for the language in the prior post but the way you formulated your question was asking for it.

Why Morocco is militarily so powerful? It has no dispute currently with any neighbouring countries and yet it has armed itself to teeth with weapons any modern military can only dream of....
I had once heard that it had a military conflict with Algeria some years back in which it was badly defeated by Algeria and Algeria snatched very big chunk of its territory.... After that Morocco gave up the claim on that territory and today they have no dispute with anyone.... Is that true?
