NEW DELHI (AP ) According to World Bank's report, in India one third of the world's poorest people are living and to develop their life standard out of poverty need to allocate more resources and policies . World Bank's report quoted that in India has 33% of the world 's poorest peoples, while Nigeria 7% , Bangladesh 6 percent and the Democratic Republic of the Congo has 5% of the world's poor population. The report said that there is need in these countries to eliminate dire poverty, eradication.

We have 20% of world population too. I think 1-2 years back there were 40% of total world poors were in India and now its 33%. Good.

That is not needed.Poverty in India is decreasing.At the time of independence it was around 90% of population and now it is 33%.Give us one more decade and we will bring down it to less than 20%.

Still some bastards try to sneak into India for livelyhood. BTW...The only reason they didnot do any survey on bangladesh is that they didnt know your country exists.

I think that other countries are decreasing povert faster than us so we have became the largest share holder in terms of percentage.

Not shooting the messenger, just questioning the logic behind opening a thread with a statement not backed by stats, articles or anything.
