3 repeats with 150 kg :D

I know that's alot of weight to bench but the position he was doing it in was wrong.
What's strange is that he didn't find a spotter but someone to record him instead.

150 kg is hell lot of weight to lift that too without a spotter.

But .......

What you did, does it qualify as proper bench press? The way we do the bench pressing for building chest?

You were totally out of form dude ..... for you as a regular player this may be fine .... but for many others this would be harming their body even with the much lower weights.

Blasphemy ........... that was me hanging on the both sides of the rod.

Anyways whats your max on deadlift, leg press, squats etc? And what's your youtube channel?
